  At Essence Social Movement, we’re dedicated to cultivating a safe, uplifting, and inspiring space where women in their twenties can connect, grow, and thrive—alongside the support of our incredible brand partners.

  To help keep this environment positive and inclusive, we kindly ask that all attendees treat our team, community, and policies with respect.
  Disrespectful behavior, policy violations, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from our events, social platforms, and email list. Let’s protect the energy of this space—together.

• CANCELLATION POLICY

  We understand life happens—but in order to respect the time and contributions of our team, brand partners, and event hosts, we require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellations to be eligible for a refund.

  Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable, and your ticket may be offered to someone else.
  Please do not attempt to bypass this by disputing charges with your bank or payment provider—doing so may lead to permanent removal from all future events, our mailing list, and social media platforms.

  Note: Gift bags and sponsored products are a special part of our in-person events and are reserved exclusively for those who attend. We are unable to offer delivery or pickup for these items if you cannot make it.

• TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. General Agreement
  By using our website or purchasing a ticket to an Essence Social Movement event, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

  2. Event Cancellations
  Refunds require 72 hours’ notice prior to the event.
  After that point, refunds are not available.
  If approved, refunds will exclude non-refundable processing fees.
  Disputing payments outside of our policy may lead to permanent removal from future events and communication channels.

  3. Gift Bag & Sponsor Policy
  Our curated gift bags and sponsor items are created to enrich your experience at our events and are only available to those who attend in person. These items are not available for shipping or later pickup.

  4. Code of Conduct
  We’re building something special—and that means maintaining a respectful, welcoming vibe for everyone involved. Please:

  • Treat all attendees, staff, and venue hosts with kindness and respect.

  • Use mindful language and behavior.

  • Understand that inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal from the event and a ban from future participation.

  5. Liability
  By attending, you accept that Essence Social Movement is not liable for personal injuries, lost items, or issues related to third-party sponsors or venue providers.
  We reserve the right to adjust event details—including dates, times, or locations—if necessary.

  6. Privacy
  We care about your privacy. Please visit our website for full details on how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

  7. Policy Updates
  Essence Social Movement may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

  8.Pictures and Videos

  By purchasing a ticket and attending an Essence Social Movement event, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the experience and used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please contact us in advance at events@essencesocialmovement.com
